ABOUT NXTCONNXTCON is an intentional gathering of thinkers, builders, and culture-shapers under The New movement, designed to equip the next generation of creative minds and visionary leaders with the insight, spiritual depth, and practical frameworks required to influence cities and nations.

This powerful panel conversation between top Music industry icons such as @Boy_director @Spyro__Official @Dr.foy @GaiseBaba @iconoreoluwa explores the rise of Afro Gospel, Christian creativity, culture shaping, excellence, branding, funding, influence, and the responsibility of believers to take the Gospel beyond the walls of the Church. The conversation emphasizes that a new generation is emerging - a Joshua generation that must trust what God is saying in its own time rather than simply copying what previous generations have done. God works across generations, and every generation must have the courage to recognize the vehicle through which He is moving. From music and filmmaking to visual storytelling and entertainment, the panel challenges Christian creatives to pursue excellence without losing the central mission: revealing Jesus and reaching people.Key Lessons from the Conversation:1. Trust God’s Direction - Creativity has no single formula. Learn your craft, pursue originality, but remain sensitive to God’s timing and direction.2. Excellence Attracts Opportunity - Funding often follows excellence. Christian creatives must reject mediocrity and produce music, visuals, branding, performances, and experiences that can compete globally.3. Afro Gospel Needs Investment - Great ideas require resources. The Church, Christian professionals, business leaders, and investors must intentionally support creatives carrying the Gospel into culture.4. Your Industry Is Your Mission Field - Not everyone is called to a pulpit. God needs believers positioned in music, film, business, entertainment, media, government, technology, and every sphere of influence.5. The Gospel Must Leave the Echo Chamber - The people who need the Gospel most may be the people who hear it least. Christian music, films, art, and creative expressions must intentionally reach audiences beyond the Church.6. Protect Your Secret Place - Public influence must be sustained by private consecration. God publicly amplifies what has been developed, tested, and approved in secret.7. The Church Must Support the Movement - If Afro Gospel is going to grow globally, believers must support the artists, creatives, institutions, concerts, projects, and platforms advancing the Gospel through culture. The panel also challenges Christians to rethink the idea that anything associated with Jesus must look small, outdated, or mediocre. If we serve an excellent God, that excellence should be reflected in our storytelling, branding, music, fashion, filmmaking, production, and execution. This conversation will help you:1. Understand the growing influence of Afro Gospel.2. Discover the relationship between creativity and God’s timing.3. See your career or industry as a platform for Kingdom influence.4. Understand why excellence, branding, collaboration, and funding matter.5. Recognize the importance of spiritual covering and consecration.6. Move beyond copying others and discover your authentic creative expression.7. Understand the role of the Church in supporting Christian creatives.Watch, reflect, and ask yourself:"What has God placed in my hands, and how can I use it to take the Gospel further?"The time for Christian creatives to merely participate in culture is passing. It is time to create, influence, build, collaborate, fund, and take territory with excellence.#afrogospel #afrogospelmusic #gospelmusic #christianmusic #christiancreatives #christianartists #gospelartists #africangospel #nigeriangospelsongs #christianentertainment #christianculture #faithandculture #kingdomculture #CultureShaping #kingdominfluence #christianinfluence #christianleadership #christianconference #NEXTCON2026 #KnightsAndBishops #ChristianPanel

In this video, Reverend @juliankyula2961 teaches that believers are not merely called to withdraw from culture or wait for a future takeover. We are called to occupy - to enter systems, industries, institutions, marketplaces, media, government, finance, education, technology, and culture with spiritual intelligence, wisdom, excellence, and a clear Kingdom assignment. There is a difference between takeover and occupation. Occupation requires discernment, strategy, collaboration, wisdom, and the ability to function within existing systems without losing your identity or convictions.Using the examples of Joseph, Daniel, Esther, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, the message shows that God often positions His people inside systems they did not create so they can influence, interpret, solve problems, and represent His Kingdom from within.Key Lessons from the Message:1. Understand Your Season - Do not try to reproduce a Moses method in a Joshua season. God remains the same, but His instructions for different seasons can change.2. Occupy With Wisdom - You may not control the entire system, but you must become valuable enough within it that your presence cannot be ignored.3. Collaboration Over Competition - The Kingdom requires different people carrying different graces to work together. Bishops, knights, priests, marketplace leaders, mentors, and professionals must complement one another rather than compete.4. Spiritual Intelligence Is Essential - Influence cannot be sustained by talent alone. The spirit of wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge, and the fear of the Lord must govern how believers navigate the marketplace.5. Influence Has a Purpose - Your platform, relationships, visibility, wealth, opportunities, and access are not merely for personal status. They must ultimately serve a redemptive purpose for people and for generations.6. Build Redemptive Solutions - Business, finance, housing, education, media, and other industries can become tools for solving problems, restoring dignity, and advancing God’s purposes in society. The message also emphasizes the importance of mentors and interpreters. Esther needed Mordecai. Joseph had to learn how to function in Pharaoh’s system. Daniel needed wisdom to survive Babylon without becoming Babylonian.Believers must therefore learn how to enter culture without being reshaped by it.This message will help you:* Discern the difference between occupation and takeover.* Understand how to function effectively in the marketplace.* Recognize the importance of wisdom, understanding, counsel, and spiritual discernment.* Build influence without losing your convictions.* Embrace collaboration instead of competition.* See business, media, finance, education, and leadership as Kingdom assignments.* Use your influence to create redemptive solutions for people and society.Watch, reflect, and ask yourself:"Am I simply trying to succeed within the system, or has God positioned me there to redeem something?"God is raising a generation of redemptive business owners, engineers, leaders, creatives, influencers, financiers, and marketplace champions who will not only prosper personally, but will use their influence to transform lives, systems, and generations.#kingdominfluencer #marketplaceministry #christianleadership #kingdomleadership #christianbusiness #faithandbusiness #kingdombusiness #christianentrepreneurs #ChristianProfessionals #marketplaceministry #christianinfluence #CultureShaping #kingdomculture #faithandculture #christianmotivation ——ABOUT NXTCONNXTCON is an intentional gathering of thinkers, builders, and culture-shapers under The New movement, designed to equip the next generation of creative minds and visionary leaders with the insight, spiritual depth, and practical frameworks required to influence cities and nations.——

In this message from NEXT CON 2026, Pastor @POlakunleSoriyan-ng4ft teaches how Christians can shape culture instead of criticizing it, and how to carry the fragrance of Christ into every space they enter. Drawing from Ezekiel 11 and 2 Corinthians 2:14, he shows that sin has a blueprint, that misbehavior is often a system, and that those who design evil are intentional. Believers must therefore be just as intentional about designing what is good.Pastor Kunle explains that a perfume is intentional, not a default, and that we are the sole producers of the energy we carry into every room. Like a lion that does not know it is king, a believer who does not understand the weight of their honor will never experience the fullness of it. As kings and priests, we are called to know our place and operate with purpose. He also teaches that some things in life are constant: foolishness, loss, and even death. Constants are facts, and facts are not solved, they are accepted and worked around with preparation and strategy. You solve problems, not facts. He reminds us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, no matter what the culture's standard of beauty says.Pastor Kunle further explains that if you are not at the table, you are on the menu. Rather than waiting for an invitation, he challenges believers to create their own table. He shows that foolishness is the default and wisdom requires training, that "no" is a more powerful energy than "yes," and that to allow or disallow is to govern with intention. Culture shaping, he says, is simply normalizing your preference, and the only thing you can do with culture is shape it.He closes by teaching that everything we see has a physical and a spiritual side, and that two questions help us read both: "What does this mean?" and "What truth does it embody?" He warns that a wrong ideology about money opens the door to many things, and that our shoes, clothes, and houses are kingdom property to be deployed with purpose. The message ends with a prayer of impartation for creatives, filmmakers, musicians, actors, business owners, and everyone who shapes culture. This message will help you:1. Understand why culture shaping matters more than culture criticism.2. Carry the fragrance of Christ with intention in your workplace, industry, and community.3. Know the difference between a problem and a fact, and respond with preparation and strategy.4. Stop waiting for an invitation and start building your own table.5. Recognize that everything has a physical and spiritual meaning, and keep a healthy view of money.6. Stay in the Word, stay in the Spirit, and practice the presence of God daily.Key scriptures: Ezekiel 11, 2 Corinthians 2:14, Matthew 6, Matthew 18:18, James 4, Genesis 1, Genesis 11, 1 Timothy 6:10Watch, reflect, and ask God to give you wisdom, eyes that see, and ears that hear. Don't just consume culture. Be the fragrance that shapes it.#NXTCON26 #KnightandBishop #WeAreTheNew #ILoveThisChurch #KunleSoriyan

In this compelling session from NXTCON’26, Mr. Eric Gugua (@Eric_Gugua) breaks down what it truly means to operate as a “Knight” on the board—a place of distinct value, high impact, and unusual perspective. While the Knight’s position looks attractive from the outside, Eric reveals the hidden reality of the journey: the loneliness of growth, the patience learned through suffering, and the essential need for God as your ultimate system of advantage. He emphasizes that true success is not measured by possessions, title, or temporary viral fame, but by who the process forces you to become. Drawing from personal lessons in content creation, leadership, and enduring public criticism, Eric highlights why aspiring leaders must despise shortcuts, protect their mental diet, and build unshakeable principles that outlive them.Eric wraps up with a masterclass on creative curation, breaking down the five essential steps—Research, Selection, Acquiring, Organization, and Presentation. He reminds every creative and leader that genius does not lie in chasing completely novel ideas, but in mastering the organization and storytelling that gives those ideas transformative power. This message will help you:• Understand your true positioning, leverage, and responsibility as a creative or leader.• Navigate isolation, misunderstanding, and criticism without losing your anchor.• Shift your mindset from chasing shortcuts to embracing the process of becoming.• Filter your content diet so you lead as a creator rather than being consumed as a follower.• Master the five-step curation sequence to structure, organize, and elevate your creative work.Watch, reflect, and ask yourself:"If everything I've built were taken away today, do I carry the principles and character to build it again?"True value is not in what you possess—it is in who the process has made you become.——ABOUT NXTCONNXTCON is an intentional gathering of thinkers, builders, and culture-shapers under The New movement, designed to equip the next generation of creative minds and visionary leaders with the insight, spiritual depth, and practical frameworks required to influence cities and nations.——

In this video, our global lead pastor, Pastor @Topeokodughaa teaches that under the old covenant, blood was required for sanctification, but the blood of animals could not permanently transform or deal with sin. Their sacrifices had to be repeated yearly. Jesus, however, offered Himself once and for all, giving us direct access to God through His perfect sacrifice. (Hebrews 9:22; 10:9 -11; Colossians 1:19 - 20)She further highlights that the blood of Jesus brings redemption, forgiveness, justification, reconciliation, peace with God, a new covenant, and protection. We no longer approach God through rituals but through a relationship made possible by Christ. (Hebrews 8:6; 12:24; Exodus 12:13)Pastor Tope wraps up the message by indicating that we appropriate His blood by faith, understanding what Christ has done, declaring His Word, and through prayer. God’s mercy is available to us in every situation. (Romans 3:25)This message will help you:- Understand the power and significance of Jesus’ blood.- Approach God boldly and without fear.- Move from ritual to relationship with God.- Appropriate God’s mercy by faith, declaration, and prayer.Watch, reflect, and ask yourself:"Am I living with a consciousness of what the blood of Jesus has already accomplished for me?"The blood of Jesus gives us access to mercy, relationship, and a new covenant with God.ABOUT THE NEWWe are a people of love and excellence who are result-oriented, spirit-led, word-rooted, prayer-driven, and kingdom-conscious. In this video, our global lead pastor, Pastor @okodughaolushola teaches that every believer can carry the anointing, but the expression of the anointing is unique to each person. Drawing from 1 Corinthians 12:4–5, 1 Peter 4:10, Ephesians 4:7, and Galatians 2:7, Pastor Shola explains that while there is one Spirit, there are different gifts, graces, and expressions.Adam was the first man created with a divine empowerment, and throughout Scripture, God gives people specific grace and spiritual tools for their assignments. Many people are anointed but struggle to channel their anointing correctly because they have not discovered their unique grace and calling. He further highlights that understanding your unique anointing helps you recognize God’s purpose for your life, make decisions that align with your calling, and understand the consecration required for your assignment.Pastor Shola wraps up the message by indicating the key ways to discover your unique anointing: examine the burdens you carry, identify the spiritual tools that activate your grace, understand the consecration your calling requires, and pay attention to what God consistently shows you. Your anointing can be expressed through your words, hands, and actions, so you must steward it carefully. This message will help you:- Discover the unique expression of God’s grace upon your life.- Understand your calling and spiritual assignment.- Identify the burdens and tools connected to your anointing.- Make decisions that align with your divine purpose.- Understand the consecration required to steward your grace.Watch, reflect, and discover your unique expression of the anointing. You are not called to copy another person’s grace - you are called to faithfully steward what God has placed in you.ABOUT THE NEWWe are a people of love and excellence who are result-oriented, spirit-led, word-rooted, prayer-driven, and kingdom-conscious. In this video, our global lead pastor @okodughaolushola teaches that the anointing is the presence, power, and influence of the Holy Spirit at work in a believer. Drawing from Isaiah 10:27, Psalm 23:5, and Acts 10:38, Pastor Shola explained that the anointing is not exclusive to Jesus; every believer can experience the power of the Holy Spirit. He emphasizes that in the Old Testament, the Spirit would come upon people for specific assignments, but in the New Testament, the Holy Spirit abides within the believer (John 14:16). The anointing within us help us follow God’s leading and produces the fruit of the Spirit in our lives.Pastor Shola wraps up the message by identifying the anointing as God’s power, strength, wisdom, ability, favour, and the force that establishes His purpose while opposing darkness. Its work includes conviction, transformation, and empowerment, enabling believers to accomplish what is beyond natural ability. This message will help you:- Understand the anointing and its operation in a believer.- Become more conscious of the Holy Spirit within you.- Recognize the power available to accomplish God’s purpose.- Allow the Holy Spirit to lead, transform, and empower you.- Stand against the influence and works of darkness.Watch, reflect, and become conscious of the anointing within you. The Holy Spirit is at work in you, empowering you to fulfil God’s purpose and walk beyond natural limitations.ABOUT THE NEWWe are a people of love and excellence who are result-oriented, spirit-led, word-rooted, prayer-driven, and kingdom-conscious. In this video, our global lead pastor @okodughaolushola teaches that the river of God represents the totality of what God can produce and accomplish in a person’s life. From John 5:8 and John 4:7 - 10. He highlights that water serves many purposes: refreshment, cleansing, feeding, and generating power. In the same way, the river of God brings strength, wisdom, sweetness, fruitfulness, and divine empowerment. The rivers mentioned in Genesis 2:12 reveal different dimensions of what flows from God.Pastor Shola wraps up the message by indicating the river of God’s Mercy. God’s mercy brings restoration, freshness, revitalization, peace, justice, and access to new doors. Lamentations 3:22 reminds us that God’s mercies never come to an end, while Revelation 22:1 presents the pure river flowing from the throne of God.What you can experience in the River of Mercy:1. Restoration - Isaiah 41:182. Freshness and newness - Isaiah 44:33. Revitalization - Job 14:84. Peace - Isaiah 66:125. Justice - Amos 5:246. Continual refreshing - Hosea 6:37. Open doors and gates - Nahum 2:6Watch, reflect, and position yourself in the flow of God’s mercy. Where His river flows, dryness gives way to restoration, freshness, strength, peace, and fruitfulness.ABOUT THE NEWWe are a people of love and excellence who are result-oriented, spirit-led, word-rooted, prayer-driven, and kingdom-conscious.
